Bird Creek runs 15 miles of forest trail on old logging roads along Bird and Penguin Creeks, out of the Bird Valley Trailhead in Chugach State Park. Expect cobble, puddles, roots, small creek crossings, mud, and a moderate climb up the Penguin trails. It is our recommended introductory trailhead.

What is included
The base price for each Bird Creek machine covers drop-off at the trailhead, all park fees, pickup at the end of the day, cleaning, and a full tank of fuel. A helmet is included for every rider.
How the day runs
Bird Creek requires a minimum of two machines. Contact us if you need help arranging your group.
We deliver the machine for your six-hour rental and collect it at the trailhead afterwards. The team confirms your meeting time before the ride. Contact us about transport to the meeting point.
We run Bird Creek from June 1 to October 1. The trailheads do not operate outside the summer season.
Where you meet us
This is the exact spot, straight out of our booking system. Save the pin before you leave Anchorage or Girdwood: there is no reliable mobile signal at most of these trailheads.
